Service Specifications
Business Requirements
In order to advertise on TinyAds, a business/entity must meet the following requirements:
- Must have an active business account on Belocal (don’t have an account? Click here to get started).
- Business/entity must be legally licenced (if applicable) and registered to operate within the province of Alberta, Canada.
- Business/entity must not sell illegal substances, incite public mischief and/or promote malicious behaviour.
- Business owners/operators must be able to clearly identify who your company targets.
Advertisement Media Content Design (A.M.C.D)
See below for our guidelines on creating promotional content for publication on the TinyAds Network:
- All ad content design must comply with the Broadcast Code for Advertising to Children and Canadian Code of Advertising Standards
- Have your business logo/tagline Prominently Displayed
- Use clear and easy to read font(s)
- Include product images
- Use brand colours
- Have one clear message/topic
- Make sure to follow our content formatting guidelines (located on this page)
Content Formatting
Please ensure the following before you submit content for publication:
- Image dimensions are 1920px (width) by 1200px (height)
- Video Dimensions are 1920px (width) by 1200px (height)
- Image file size is no more than 2 megabytes (MB)
- Video file size is no more than 5 megabytes (MB)
- No sound should be enabled on video content
- The only image file formats accepted are .jpg and .png
- The only video file formats accepted is .mp4 (with AVC encoding)
Cost Budgeting
Our service fees may vary due to a combination of the following factors:
- Advertisers are not allowed to create adcampaigns that last less than 3 days.
- Media type (image or video)
- Display(s) per rotation (the total amount of times an advertisment is shown within a specific period/timeline)
- Screen uptime (Total time a screen is available at a location, which usually depends on an ad-partner’s opening and closing hours)
- The amount of screens/outlets your advertisement will be displayed on
- Ad content design (if a client wishes use our digital media design services)
